城乡社区公众应急教育发展路径探讨——以广东“百人百场”应急知识宣讲活动为例 被引量:6

摘要 探讨城乡社区公众应急教育发展路径,有助于城乡社区有效开展应急教育,提升公众的应急能力。以广东"百人百场"应急知识宣讲活动为实证,从组织架构、实施流程和成效三个层面分析应急教育发展。研究表明发展城乡社区公众应急教育需由政府主导和社会共同参与;实施宜采用多点"开花"和注重"育种";内容须因地制宜,形式宜丰富生动。建议从资金保障机制、应急教育队伍、政策法规三个层面促进城乡社区公众应急教育的进一步发展。
