在推进管办评分离,扩大学校的办学自主权,促进学校内涵式发展、全面提高教育质量的改革背景下,亟需加强学校的文化建设。针对当前学校文化建设当中存在的以物质文化建设替代精神文化建设、学校文化"有文无根""有文无魂""有文无体""有体无型""有文无化"等问题,要通过准确的办学定位以把握学校文化建设的方向;凝聚集体智慧以形成推动学校文化建设的集体合力;以精神文化为核心,形成结构优化、和谐统一的学校文化;建设专家库,加大专家的引领力度;建设学校信息资源库,积淀学校文化;坚持科学评估,引领和促进学校文化建设等对策加以解决。

It is urgent to strengthen the school＇s cultural construction in the context of promoting the separation and management of the management office, expanding the autonomy of the school, promoting the school＇s con- notative development and improving the quality of education in an all-round way. At present, there are many problems in school culture construction, such as material culture instead of cultural construction, ＂you wen wu gen＂, ＂you wen wu hun＂, ＂you wen wu ti＂, ＂you ti wu xing＂, ＂you wen wu hua＂ and so on. We should grasp the orientation of school culture construction through accurate orientation, gather collective wisdom to form a collective force to promote the construction of school culture, bulid the school culture with optimized structure and harmonious unity taking the spiritual culture as the core, construct expert database, increase the intensity of expert guidance, construct school information resource base, accumulate school culture, adhere to scientific evaluation, lead and promote school culture construction to solve these problems.
