摘要 传统教师隐喻遮蔽了教师的主体性,忽视教育场域中的师生"共生"关系,将教师置于圣人之位而忽视教师个人的本真生活。从教育生态学的视角来看,传统教师隐喻存在着单一生态因子论、个体生态简化论与个体生态失衡论的特点。传统教师隐喻将教师角色定位于单一职能的执行者而忽视了教育教学的复杂性。在当前时代背景下,应当合理看待教师角色,将教师看作是多重生态下的生命者、个体生态的主导者与群体生态的协调者。 Traditional teacher metaphor obscures the subjectivity of teachers and neglects the "symbiotic" relationship between teachers and students in the field of education. According to educational ecology, traditional teacher metaphor has the characteristics of a single ecological engineering, individual ecological reductionism and Individual ecological imbalance. Traditional teacher metaphor defines the role of teachers as performers with a single function. Under the present background, teachers should be treated rationally and regarded as survivors under multiple ecological backgrounds, dominator of individual ecology, and coordinator of synecology.
