“一带一路”战略背景下校企合作培养国际化人才的机制研究

国际化人才是推进与落实"一带一路"战略的关键。校企合作培养具备较强的语言沟通能力、过硬的专业技术能力、基本的经营管理能力和广阔的国际视野的国际化人才,不仅能满足"一带一路"建设的需要,还能促进我国地方和"一带一路"沿线国家的经济社会发展,满足我国高校国际化发展的需要。在"一带一路"建设所需的国际化人才普遍缺乏的情况下,探索建立国际化人才培养的校企合作机制,需要企业、高校、政府等多方的广泛参与。高校应与企业联合建立校企合作理事会,并完善国际化人才培养体系;企业应建立海外培训中心,推进海外本地国际化人才的培养;政府应制定校企合作激励政策,促进企业参与国际化人才培养。
