Research on Effective Integration of Higher Vocational Education and Corporate Culture

企业文化融入高职教育是教育发展的一项重要任务,企业文化与高职教育融合是必然趋势。有调查显示,高职毕业生在企业工作期间存在责任心差、组织性纪律性不强、职业道德缺失等问题。通过探寻产教文化融合和企业文化育人之间的规律,分析企业文化对高职教育的促进方式,提出高职教育与企业文化有效融合的建议。

Corporate culture combines with higher vocational education is an important task of education development and an inevitable trend. Based on the survey, the higher vocational graduates are exposed to problems during their work in enterprise, such as poor sense of responsibility, lack of organization adn discipline, lack of professional ethics, and so on. By exploring the law between cultural integration of production and teaching and corporate cultural education, the paper analyzes the promotion of corporate culture to higher vocational education and puts forward some suggestions on the effective integration of higher vocational education and corporate culture.
