基于ANSYS的直线连续型钢桁架桥力学分析及优化设计

摘要 直线连续型钢桁架是桥梁的主要结构型式之一。利用ANSYS14.0软件,在初始设定及加载条件保持基本不变的前提下,对直线连续型钢桁架的不同结构、不同简支方式进行相应有限元建模力学分析。结果表明,三种结构中,对称型结构较为合理,增强型结构对整体力学性能影响较小;三种简支方式中,分散铰接简支方式下钢桁架桥力学性能最优,桁架中间段形变严重的问题可以通过局部释放约束的方法加以解决。 Linear continuous steel truss is one of the main structural types of bridges. By the ANSYS14.0 software, the finite element modeling mechanics analysis on different structures and different simply supported modes of the linear continuous steel truss is carried out under the precondition of keeping the initial setting and the loading condition unchanged. The results show that in the three kinds of structures, symmetrical structure is more reasonable, and the reinforced structure has little effect on the overall mechanical properties; in the three kinds of simple support, the mechanical properties of steel truss bridge which taking decentralized hinged simply supported method are optimal, and the problem of the serious deformation in the middle section of the truss can be solved by means of local release constraint.
