In order to meet the needs of the new situation of ideological and pohtical work for college students, educational idea and methods of ＂ humanization＂ should be introduced into ideological and pohtical work. ＂ Humanization＂ education is an education form based on the personality training, which takes sustainable development of the students as the basis and realizes different development of the students through their atitude, and ultimately enable the students to become the independent value subjects. Practice has proved that ＂ humanization＂ education is of great significance to ideological and political work in eollges and universities.
