摘要
为研究复方中草药提取物对种用广西麻鸡种公鸡生产性能的影响,试验选取合格的成年广西麻鸡种公鸡270只为试验动物,进行为期5个月的饲养试验。试验鸡群随机分为3组,每组3个重复组。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验A组和试验B组分别在基础饲粮中添加相应的中药提取物300 mg·kg^(-1)。结果表明,试验A组和试验B组与对照组相比,能显著提高所配母鸡的受精率、受精蛋孵化率和健雏率(P<0.05)。试验表明,中草药提取物能显著提高广西麻鸡种公鸡的生产性能。
The feeding test was conducted to evaluate the effect of Chinese herb PE on production performance of Guangxi partridge breeder cocks. 270 Guangxi partridge breeder cocks were assigned to 3 groups, each group had 3 repeat. Control group was provided with basic diet, while test group A and B were fed with basic diets added to 300 mg. kg-1 different Chinese herb PE respectively for 5 mouths. The results showed that test group was significant difference in comparing fertility, hatch ability of fertile eggs and percentage healthy chicks with control group （P〈 0.05）. The conclusion of the study was that Chinese herb PE could significantly improved production performance of Guangxi partridge breeder cocks.
