随着互联网的普及、信息技术的发展、国家政策的鼓励与支持,"互联网+"经济模式应运而生。"互联网+外贸"已然成为一种新型的进出口贸易形式。广西作为中国—东盟贸易中的重要"窗口",具有重要的战略意义。本文基于广西在中国—东盟贸易中的重要作用,通过阐述跨境电子商务的应用,分析现阶段的问题,提出推进跨境电子商务在广西与东盟贸易中应用的对策措施。

With the popularity of the Intemet, the development of information technology, and national policy encouragement and support, ＂Internet ＋＂ economic model was born at fight moment. ＂Internet ＋ foreign trade＂ has become a new form of foreign trade. And Guangxi as an important ＂window＂ for trade between China and ASEAN has a significant meaning. This article based on the significant role of Guangxi in the trade between China and ASEAN to illustrate application of cross border E-commerce, and analyze its current issues, and provided countermeasures of cross border E-commerce in the trade between Guangxi and ASEAN.
