教育信息化是现代职业教育发展的必然趋势。卫生职业院校作为开展卫生职业教育的主要基地,利用现代信息技术推动自身的发展,核心在于提升教师群体的信息化教学能力。信息化教育资源支撑、教学保障、个人素质等因素制约教师信息化教学能力。为了提升教师的信息化教学能力,卫生职业院校应加强信息化教育投入,完善信息化教学资源建设;优化教学管理,打造"双师型"教师队伍;教师主体应加强自我鞭策,不断提升个人信息素养。

Educational informatization is the inevitable trend of modern vocational education. Health vocational colleges as the main base of health vocational education, its core is to enhance teachers of information technology teaching ability in order to promote their own development. This paper analyzes the necessity of improving the teaching ability of teachers in health vocational colleges,and the factors that restrict the information ability of teachers from the aspects of information technology education support, teaching guarantee and personal quality. According to this, in order to enhance the quality of teachers＇ information teaching ability, health vocational colleges should strengthen the information education investment, improve the construction of information technology teaching resources, optimize teaching management and construct Double-qualified Teachers Team. Teachers should strengthen the main self-spur, and constantly enhance the personal information literacy.
