摘要
数年经验表明,城市经营理论在城市规划、建设管理中的应用可以促进城市良性持续发展。城市经营中借助市场手段和适应市场发展的思想契合旅游小镇发展需求。该文以遵义市板桥旅游小镇为例,探索经营角度下的规划思路,以经营"旅游产业"核心,从制定符合市场需求旅游产品体系、特色打造与品牌文化输出及合理开发时序三方面阐述"经营规划"思路,提高规划科学性、实操性。
Years of experience shows that the theory of city management can facilitate the sound and sustainable development of the city when applied in urban planning and construction management, and the idea of recurring to the means of market economy and adapting to market development meets the development demands of a little tourism town. This paper takes Banqiao tourism town in Zunyi as a case study to explore the planning inspirations from the perspective of management. Centered with "tourism industry", the "management planning" thought is elaborated from the three aspects--establishing tourism product series meeting market demands, special branding and export, and reasonable development sequence, to improve its scientificity and en-forceability.
