摘要 《民用建筑可靠性鉴定标准》GB50292-2015对于指导工程技术人员对混凝土结构构件的可靠性鉴定具有重要的指导意义。在实际鉴定工作中由于钢筋混凝土结构构件的材料特殊性及现有检测技术的局限性,针对混凝土结构构件的鉴定还存在不少问题。在对民用建筑中混凝土结构构件承载能力评估方法进行分析的基础上,为简化民用建筑可靠性鉴定工作难度,促使鉴定工作更具可行性,该文对验算分析法及荷载试验法的利弊做了阐释,并对两种方法的应用结合经验做了补充,提出建议:混凝土强度应加强采用钻芯法对回弹值进行修订,通过正常使用极限状态对结构构件的承载能力进行评估,通过荷载试验确定检算系数评估结构构件承载能力,积极探索并推广动测法在混凝土结构构件承载能力评估中的应用。 Standard for appraisal of reliability of civil building GB50292-2015 is of great significance to guide the engineering and technical personnel in the reliability evaluation on concrete structural members. In the actual appraisal,impacted by the material particularity of reinforced concrete structural members and the limitations of existing appraisal technologies, many problems occur in the appraisal of concrete structural members. Based on the analy- sis of the evaluation method for the bearing capacity of concrete structural members in civil buildings, and to simplify the difficulties in the reliability ap- praisal of civil buildings and make the appraisal more feasible, this paper presents the advantages and disadvantages of the calculation analysis method and the load test method, and supplements the combination experience of the two methods, with suggestions proposed: concrete strength should be strength- ened by modifying spring value with drilled core method, the bearing capacity of structural members should be evaluated by normally using the ultimate state and has its calculation coefficient determined with load tests, and the application of dynamic test method to the bearing
