模拟酸雨对水泥聚苯模壳侵蚀影响的试验研究

摘要 该试验以配制不同PH值酸雨溶液对水泥聚苯模壳的质量损失率和压折比影响进行基础性研究。试验结果表明:随着干湿循环次数的增加,模壳的质量损失率、抗压强度和抗折强度呈先增加后减少的趋势,但压折比呈现先降后增趋势。49d循环后,质量损失率达到5.7%,抗折强度较初始值下降了15.37%,抗压强度较初始值下降了10.51%,因而压折比提高了6.38%。 The experiment is performed to study the effect of acid rain solution of different pH values on the mass loss rate and the ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength of expansive polystyrene shell cement (EPSC). The results show that with the increase of drying-wetting cycle, the mass loss rate, compressive strength rate and flexural strength of the shell increase first and then decrease, but the ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength tends to decrease first and then increase. After a circulation of 49 days, the mass loss rate reached 5.7%, the flexural strength decreases by 15.37% com- pared with the initial value, the compressive strength decreases by 10.51% compared with the initial value, so the ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength increases by 6.38%.
