摘要
目的探讨改进型PDCA循环法在医学院校护理教学管理中的应用效果,探索提高护理教学质量的有效方法。方法选取我校2014届护理学本科专业学生200名,随机分组:对照组,65名,在临床教学、见习工作中实施常规教学计划;传统组,70名,利用传统PDCA循环法实施教学计划;改进组,65名,利用改进型PDCA循环法实施教学计划。比较三组学生的教学效果、理论成绩和临床操作成绩。结果改进组及传统组学生临床理论知识成绩及操作成绩均好于对照组,改进组教学效果最好。结论改进型PDCA循环法能够明显改善医学院校护理教学质量,提高教学效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of the improved PDCA circulation method in the nursing teaching management of medical college, and explore the effective methods to improve the quality of nursing teaching. Methods 200 nursing undergraduate students of grade 2014 were selected randomly. 65 students as control group, which teaching plans were routinely carried out in clinical teaching and apprenticeship. 70 students as traditional group, which teaching plan were implemented by the traditional PDCA circulation method. 65 students as improvement group, which teaching plan were implemented by the improved PDCA circulation method. Theoretical and clinical operation resuits of the three groups were compared. Results Improved group and traditional group students' clinical knowledge and skills scores were better than control group. The improvement group teaching effects is the best. Conclusion The improved PDCA method can significantly improve the quality of nursing teaching in medical college, and improve the effectiveness of teaching, which is of great significance to improving students' personal quality.
