自我国全面开展住院医师规范化培训制度以来,各地区的规范化培训基地在住院医师临床能力培养方面取得了较大成功。麻醉专业住院医师通过培训熟练掌握了专业知识和临床技能,但是科研创新能力整体水平仍然较低;而培养出具有良好科研创新能力的麻醉科住院医师直接关系到我国麻醉学科的发展,因此如何提高麻醉科住院医师的科研创新能力,成为麻醉专业住院医师规范化培训的又一重要课题。
