摘要
目的调查护理专业新生学习适应性自我调整情况,为开展学生管理工作及教育教学改革提供一定的理论依据和数据支持。方法采用大学生学习适应性量表(Undergraduates’Learning Adaptability Inventory,ULAI)对某医学院校护理专业新生入学初期及入学1学期后的学习适应性情况分别进行调查,对比不同时期护理专业新生学习适应性之间的差别。结果经过1个学期的在校学习,护理专业新生在ULAI的学习动机、教学模式、学习能力、学习态度、环境因素5个维度及ULAI总分得分均高于初测时得分,且在学习动机、学习能力2个维度及ULAI总分得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男生在ULAI的学习动机、学习能力、学习态度、环境因素4个维度及ULAI总分得分均高于初测时得分,在教学模式维度得分低于初测时得分,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。女生在ULAI的学习动机、教学模式、学习能力、学习态度、环境因素5个维度及ULAI总分得分均高于初测时得分,且在学习动机、学习能力、学习态度3个维度及ULAI总分得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理专业新生能够较好的对自身学习适应性进行调整,且女生的调整能力要好于男生。
Objective To investigate the self regulated of learning adjustment of freshmen of nursing specialty, to provide theoretical basis and data support for carrying out the management of students and the reform of education and teaching. Methods Using ULAI to measure the learning adaptability of freshmen of nursing specialty and 1 semester after admission, compare the learning adaptability of nursing freshmen in different periods. Results After 1 semesters of study at school, all the 5 factor score and total score of ULAI of freshmen of nursing specialty were all higher than those in the primary school, and the differences in learning motivation, learning ability and total score of ULAI has statistically significant(P〈0.05 ). The factor score in learning motivation, learning ability, learning attitude and environment factors and total score of ULAI of male freshmen of nursing specialty were all higher than those in the primary school, the factor score in teaching model were lower than those in the primary school, but all the differences has no statistically significant(P〉0. 05). All the 5 factor score and total score of ULAI of female freshmen of nursing specialty were all higher than those in the primary school, and the differences in learning motivation, learning ability and learning attitude and total score of ULAI has statistically significant(P〈0. 05). Conclusion The freshmen of nursing specialty can adjust their learning adaptability preferable and the adjustment ability of female students is better than that of male students.
