摘要
麻醉本科教育旨在培养麻醉学专业人才,但目前学生知识结构和临床思维能力均存在欠缺,就业形势日趋严峻。以重庆医科大学麻醉学系的临床教学改革为例,从供给侧改革的角度分析当前麻醉学专业临床教学存在的问题,探讨以围术期医学为主线,从课程设置、教学模式、教学评价方式等多方面进行临床教学改革的可行性和效果。
The goal of undergraduate education of anesthesiology is to tram qualified student to meet the needs for anesthetists, while the deficiency on the building of comprehensive medical knowledge structure and training of clinical thinking is patent in students, and the employment situation is be coming critical. Through a case of clinical teaching reform in the department of anesthesiology in Chongqing Medical University, the existed problems in the undergraduate education of anesthesiology were analyzed under a view of supply-side reform, and also the effect and feasibility of clinical teaching reforms on curriculum provision, teaching mode, as well as teaching evaluation were discussed on the basis of perioperative medicine.
