微信群互动模式在基层超声医生继续教育中的应用及评价 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨微信学习群在基层超声医生培养中的应用及效果。方法建立微信学习群,向群成员定期发送学习内容,组织群成员探讨。运用后台进行数据分析,向随机抽取的152名群成员发放调查问卷进行效果评价。结果从2016年9月~2017年4月该群人数增至500人,发送学习资料64次,互动用户率13%~32%,组织病例讨论31次,互动用户率35%~53%,资料综合阅读次数9 726人次。微信学习群评价问卷平均分从高到低依次是归属感、群环境、学习内容和参与度。基层超声医生对推送的频率、学习时间长度、图文编辑形式和新颖性的满意度均在70%以上。结论基层超声医生继续教育微信学习群的建立能够提升学习体验,促进探讨和交流,是传统超声医生继续教育的辅助工具。 Objective To explore the application and effects of WeChat group in primary sonographer continuing education. Methods We established WeChat group, pushed the learning materials regular- ly, organized study group members discussion. The group background analysis function was utilized to analyze data, and 152 members who have participated in primary sonographer continuing education based on the WeChat group were randomly selected and investigated to evaluate the effectiveness. Results From September 2016 to April 2017, the members of the group reached 500, pushing learning materials 64 times, interactive user rate from 13% to 32%, organizing case discussion 31 times, interactive user rate from 35% to 53%, the total page view of picture and page reading was 9 726 times. The average score for each dimension of the questionnaire evaluating primary sonographer continuing education based on WeChat learning group in descending order were: belongingness, group environment, learning content and degree of participation. Their Satisfaction of pushing frequency, learning time length, editing form and novelty were all over 70%. Conclusion WeChat learning group enhances the learning experience and promotes discussion and communication of primary sonographer, and it is an auxiliary tool for the traditional continuing education.
