成都地区住院癌症患者疼痛状况的调查及影响因素分析

Investigation and analysis of influential factors of pain condition in hospitalized cancer pain patients in Chengdu district

目的调查成都地区住院癌症患者疼痛状况,分析其影响因素。方法 564例住院癌症患者,自制调查问卷调查患者一般情况、是否有癌痛、癌痛程度、癌痛性质、癌痛对日常生活影响等,分析影响疼痛的因素。结果 556例有癌痛,其中轻度疼痛295例,中度疼痛145例,重度疼痛116例,隐痛、刺痛、绞痛常见,以腹部、胸部、腰骶部、肩背部为主;年龄、文化程度、癌症分期、是否使用止痛药、是否告知疼痛治疗重要性、癌痛相关知识了解情况、是否规范使用止痛药是影响癌痛发生因素(P<0.05)。结论癌症患者伴有中重度疼痛者居多,年龄、文化程度、癌症分期、是否使用止痛药、是否告知疼痛治疗重要性、癌痛相关知识了解情况、是否规范用镇痛药是影响癌痛发生因素。

Objective To investigate the pain condition in cancer pain patients in Luzhou area and analyze the influencing factors.Methods 564 inpatients with cancer from Luzhou area were investigated in a self-made questionnaire manner. General condition,whether accompanied by cancer pain,cancer pain degree,cancer pain nature and impact of cancer pain on daily life were investigated,cancer pain factors were analyzed as well.Results 556 patients present with cancer pain,295 cases of mild pain,145 cases of moderate pain,116 cases of severe pain,and dull pain,tingling,colic were the most common pain symptoms,pain sites were concentrated in the abdomen,chest,lumbosacral,shoulder and back; Age,educational level,cancer stage,whether use analgesic drugs,whether medical staff told the importance of pain treatment,whether the patient is aware of cancer pain related knowledge and whether use pain medication in accordance with the norms were the factors affect cancer pain（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion The large proportion of patients accompany moderate to severe cancer pain,age,education level,cancer stage,whether use pain medications,whether medical staff told the importance of pain treatment,whether the patient is aware of cancer pain related knowledge and whether use pain medication in accordance with the norms were the factors affect cancer pain.
