In this paper,the emergency clock of engine room is designed and made by computer and communication technology , which conquered the complex multi transient structure of the old one, saved the expense and facilitated the maintainance. The basis theory that used in emergency clock by computer communication technology is introduced, and the full circuit diagram and programme flow chart are also presented.
