厂坝铅锌矿深部矿石选矿工艺技术研究

摘要 厂坝铅锌矿矿石出矿点多,性质复杂,部分锌矿物较易浮选,与铅矿物嵌布关系密切;采用在铅回路添加选择性好的新型捕收剂D433,在铅精选作业添加锌矿物抑制剂T29,在高钙介质条件下,小型试验取得铅精矿铅品位64.81%、含锌9.63%、铅回收率83.17%,锌精矿锌品位54.94%、含铅1.08%、锌回收率93.18%,硫精矿硫品位42.02%、硫回收率48.16%,银富集于铅精矿中,银品位326.88 g/t、回收率55.68%的选矿指标;连选扩大试验采用小型试验确定的工艺流程,获得铅精矿铅品位60.33%、含锌9.74%、铅回收率81.68%,银富集于铅精矿中,银品位180.70 g/t,银回收率40.89%,锌精矿锌品位54.19%、含铅0.80%、锌回收率91.98%的选矿指标。 Chang-ba lead-zinc ore out of the mines, the nature of the complex, part of the zinc content easier to float, closely associated with lead content embedded cloth ; Using loop to add good selectivity in lead new collector D433, lead in selected assignments to add zinc mineral inhibitors T29, under the condition of high calcium medium, small test lead to ob- tain lead concentrate grade recovery rate 83.17%, 64.81%, 9.63% zinc, lead zinc zinc concentrate grade is 54.94% and 1. 08% of lead and zinc recovery rate 93.18%, sulfur grade of sulfur concentrate 42.02%, the sulfur recovery rate 48.16%, enrichment of silver in lead concentrate, silver grade of 326.88 g/t, 55.68% of the recovery of ore dressing indexes; Even choose to expand test using small test determine the process flow, with the grade of lead concentrate recovery rate 81.68%, 60.33%, 9.74% zinc, lead enrichment of silver in lead concentrate, silver grade of 180.70 g/t, the silver recovery rate 40. 89%, zinc concentrate grade of zinc, lead, zinc recovery rate 0.80% and 91.98% 54.19% ore dressing indexes.
