摘要 酒钢集团东兴铝业公司每年在电解铝生产过程中产生的铝灰、碳渣、大修渣等危险固废如不及时处理会严重污染生态环境。方案是将电解铝产生的危险固废进行分拣、破碎后,利用浮选、化学反应等方法,将能够资源化利用的危险固废再次资源利用,不能资源化利用的危险固废进行无害化处理,以消除对生态环境的污染。实施后具有一定的经济效益和显著的社会效益。 The large number of aluminum ash, carbon slag, overhaul waste and dangerous solid waste should be brought each year during the production process of electrolytic aluminum from Dongxing Aluminum Company of JISCO Group. That should lead to the serious ecological environment pollution if not handled in time. This solution is that the solid waste from the electrolytic aluminum shall be sorted and then crushed. Finally the hazardous solid waste resource will be able to recycle utilization by using flotation method, chemical reaction and so on. The unuseful solid waste shall be performed in accord- ance with innocent treatment to eliminate the pollution to the ecological environment. The certain economic benefits and re- markable social benefits shall be gained after this solution.
