摘要
对于那些建设年代相对较久且丢失勘察、设计文件的既有砌体结构校舍,或者没有经过正规的勘察、设计的既有砌体结构校舍,进行检测、抗震鉴定、安全性鉴定是必要的。通过对这些既有砌体结构校舍进行检测与鉴定,掌握此类砌体结构校舍的抗震性能、安全性等级,为后续的加固维修设计提供技术依据,让此类建筑继续发挥余热,贡献社会,减少浪费。
