摘要
基于传热学和有限元分析基本原理,通过Solid Works Simulation有限元分析软件,对模型进行了稳态传热分析,并提供了不同物性参数及工况条件下进行的相应传热计算,讨论其对铸铁冷却壁最高温度和最高热应力产生的影响,得出各因素影响铸铁冷却壁最高温度和最高热应力的变化规律。为优化铸铁冷却壁结构设计,提高铸铁冷却壁使用性能提供了参考和依据。
Based on the basic principles of heat transfer theory and finite element analysis, steady heat transfer analysis of the model is carried out by the means of FEA software Solid Works Simulation. The corresponding heat transfer with different material parameters and working conditions is calculated, the influence of the different conditions on the highest temperature and the maximum heat stress of cast iron cooling wall is discussed, their change regulation influenced by factors is got. The result offers a reference for optimizing the structure design and improving the performance of cast iron cooling wall.
