摘要
在《GB/T1591-2008低合金高强度结构钢》标准中Q345E钢材的化学成分基础上,根据模拟计算和大量文献,设计了Q345E钢的微合金成分,并试生产了不同铝含量的Q345E角钢。研究了铝含量对Q345E耐低温角钢钢材性能的影响。研究结果表明:高铝含量对增加Q345E角钢低温韧性有较大作用,且钢中铝含量在0.020%~0.030%范围内低温韧性最好。
Based on the chemical composition of Q345E steel of " GB/T1591 - 2008 high strength low alloy structural steel" standard, the micro alloy composition of Q345E steel was designed with simulation calculation and a flood of literature, and the trial production of Q345E steel with different aluminum content was made. The effect of aluminum content on the properties of Q345E low temperature angle steel was studied. The result shows that the high aluminum content has a great effect on improving the low temperature toughness of Q345E angle steel, and the low temperature toughness is the best with the aluminum content range as0.020% -0.030%.
