摘要
宣钢2#高炉铁口区域炭砖温度升高,已经威胁到安全生产,必须采取措施加以维护。根据3#铁口区域炉缸炭砖温度升高情况,采取了提高冷却水量、堵风口、提高钛负荷、优化上、下部制度,强化过程参数控制、加强外围协调组织等一系列的护炉技术措施,护炉效果十分显著,同时又实现了炉况长期稳定顺行和技术经济指标的提升。
Carbon brick temperature of iron notch of 2# BF in Xuansteel was rised, which had been a threat to the safety production, so measures must be taken. According to the rising temperature of hearth carbon brick in 3# iron notch, a series of furnace protection measures were taken, such as increasing cooling water volume, blocking tuyere, improving titanium loading, optimizing upper and lower system, strengthening process parameter control, strengthening peripheral coordination organization. The effect of furnace protection is very remarkable, meanwhile the long - term, stable and smooth operation is realized and the technical and economic indexes are improved.
