摘要
青年教师在高校教师队伍中是最为活跃的力量,同时也是承担繁重教学与科研任务而获取较低薪酬的一个特殊群体。高校在发展过程中,应当将青年教师的培养问题作为适应转型发展对教师队伍建设的内在需求,从工资待遇、职称晋升、能力培养上为青年教师提供更多激励机制。本文采用调查法和分析法,从高校青年教师激励问题入手,探讨新建民族本科院校青年教师的生存和职业适应现状,有助于厘清新建民族本科高校教师队伍建设存在的问题,从而探索出符合自身实际的教师队伍发展之路。
Young teachers are the most active forces in the faculty of colleges and universities, and also a special group who take heavy teaching and research tasks but obtain lower pay. In the process of development of colleges and universities, the training of young teachers should be used as the inherent demand for the construction of teachers to adapt to the transformation and development, and more incentives for young teachers should be provided from salary, title promotion and capacity training. This article uses the investigation method and the analysis method, starts from the young teachers' motivations to explore the survival and occupation adapting situation of the young teachers of the newly established national colleges, and helps to clarify the problems existing in the construction of the teachers colleges in the new national undergraduate colleges, so as to explore the feasible solutions to the predicament of young teachers ' development.
