摘要
我国民族地区的许多县域拥有丰富的文化资源,政府、企业等各界正在进行大规模文化产业开发,但存在效益不佳、重复建设等现象,其深层次的问题是县域民族文化产业战略重点定位不准。本文在对民族地区文化产业发展状况进行长期田野调查基础上,以秀山县为例,创造性地提出了县域民族文化产业战略重点确立的实施路径:即从文化产业发展的共轭态势-民族文化产业潜力类型选择-民族文化产业的区域比较优势-民族文化产业上位政策的确立四个维度,研究结论对其他民族地区县域文化产业发展具有重要的借鉴意义。
Chinas ethnic minority areas have rich cultural resources. Although the local governments, enterprises and other sectors are undergoing large - scale cultural industry development, there are poor ef- ficiency, redundant construction and other phenomena, and the deep ' seated problem is the county na- tional cultural industry strategic focus is not reasonable. On the basis of the long -term field investigation on the development of cultural industry in ethnic areas, this paper puts forward the implementation path of the national cultural industry strategy in Xiushan County from four aspects, that is, the conjugation sit- uation of the cultural industry development, the choice of potential type of the national cultural industry, the regional comparative advantage of the national cultural industry, and the establishment of the national cultural industry. The study the county cultural industry development has important reference significance for the other areas of ethnic groups.
