摘要
随着国家行政事业单位担负任务的日趋繁重,其人员结构也越来越多样化,这就对政事业单位的人员管理提出了新的要求。本文以深圳市行政事业单位为例,从人力资源管理压力主要来源、人员管理层次等几方面研讨多层次人员管理对于缓解管理压力的必要性。
The staff structure of public institutions is characterized by diversity due to the heavy tasks increasingly distributed to the public institutions, which calls for the optimization of personnel manage- ment in those institutions. Thus this paper, taking Shenzhen City as an example is to illustrate the neces- sities to deal with management pressures from the following perspectives : the main sources of management pressures, management hierarchy, and others.
