造瘘管防护衣应用于老年胃造瘘患者的效果观察

Effect Observation of the Application of the Protective Clothing for Gastrostomy in Elderly Patients with Gastric Fistula

目的探讨造瘘管防护衣在经皮内镜下胃造瘘术(percutaneous endoscopic Gastrostomy,PEG)患者中的临床应用效果。方法 2012年8月至2016年1月,便利抽样法选取在解放军总医院南楼消化科行PEG的52例患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各26例。观察组患者在PEG术后使用自行设计的造瘘管防护衣进行护理,对照组患者使用腹带包扎法进行护理,比较两组患者拔管、脱管等意外的发生率及患者满意度。结果观察组患者拔管、脱管等意外的发生率明显低于对照组,同时观察组患者的满意率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PEG术后患者使用造瘘管防护衣能够明显降低拔管、脱管意外事件的发生率,减轻护理工作量,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To discuss the clinical application effect of the protective clothing for gastrostomy in patients underwent percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy （PEG） . Methods By convenience sampling,52 cases were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 26 cases in each group.The observation group was applied with self-designed protective clothing for gastrostomy after surgery,while control group was applied with bandage bandaging method.The incidence rate of extubation and fistula drop off,as well as the satisfaction rate were compared.Result The accident rate of extubation and fistula drop off in observation group were significantly lower than that of control group, and the satisfaction rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Using the protective clothing of gastrostomy on patients underwent PEG can significantly decrease the accident rate of extubation and fistula drop off,decrease the workload of nursing, which is worth for clinical promotion.
