摘要
本文综述了近几年制备不同分子量壳聚糖的方法,论述了壳聚糖在生物医药、食品和农业方面的应用,分析了开发和应用壳聚糖所需要研究和解决的问题以及壳聚糖在各方面的应用前景。
The methods for preparing chitosan with different molecular weight, and the application of chitosan in biological medicine ,food and agriculture in recent years were reviewed. The problems to be studied and solved in the exploitation and application of chitosan were also discussed along with its application prospect in various aspects.
