摘要
不利的环境因素(相对湿度低、高气流、长期视屏显示终端工作、佩戴隐形眼镜等)均是诱导干眼形成的危险因素。低湿度、高气流环境(空调建筑、飞机舱、高海拔地区等)引起泪液蒸发率增加,进而泪液渗透性升高;长时间使用视屏显示终端,眨眼率降低,脂质层厚度下降,泪膜稳定性破坏,加速泪液蒸发率;隐形眼镜佩戴会破坏泪膜生理结构,增加泪液蒸发率。这些不利环境因素均能通过增加泪液蒸发率或破坏泪膜稳定性,从而升高泪液渗透压促进干眼的形成。
Adverse environmental factors (low relative humidity, high air flow, high altitude, long term video terminal work,contact lenses wear,etc) are the risk factors for the formation of dry eye disease. Under the lower relative humidity and higher air flow conditions (building with air conditioners, aircraft cabin, high altitude area, etc), the tear evaporation rate is increased, and then osmolarity of the tear film rise. Long term visual display terminals work will cause a decrease in the blinking rate which cause the thickness of lipid layer and the stability of tear film decreased, and result in tear evaporation rate increased. Contact lens wear will destroy the physiological structure of tear film and increase the evaporation rate of tear. All these adverse environmental factors can increase osmolarity of the tear film by increasing the tear evaporation rate or decreasing the stability of tear film, thus to promote the formation of dry eye disease.
