乳腺癌术后放疗病人生活质量的影响因素分析

Influence factors on the quality of life for postoperative radiotherapy patients with breast cancer

目的研究乳腺癌病人术后放疗期间生活质量及影响因素。方法运用乳腺癌病人生活质量测定量表FACT-B(V4.0)中文版,对47例乳腺癌术后放疗病人行调查研究,统计量表得分,运用多元线性回归方法分析影响病人生活质量的因素。结果手术方式、家庭年收入、医保类型、病理类型与乳腺癌术后放疗期间生活质量有相关性,而病人年龄、TNM分期、化疗方案、化疗周期、ECOG评分等因素与放疗期间生活质量无相关性。结论手术方式、家庭年收入、医保类型及病理类型与乳腺癌病人术后放疗期间生活质量有关。

Objective To study the quality of life and the influence factors in patients with breast cancer radiotherapy after surgery.Methods Forty-seven cases of breast cancer patients after surgery were studied byusing breast cancer Chinese version measurement scale FACT-B （V4.0）.The influence factors of breast cancer patients′ life quality were analyzed by making an investigation,calculating table scores and using multiple linear regression method.Results There was a correlation between life quality of breast cancer patients during radiotherapy after surgery and operative types,annual household income,health insurance types and pathologic types,yet there was no correlation between quality of life and age,TNM stages,chemotherapy regimens,chemotherapy periods,ECOG scores and so on.Conclusions The quality of life forpatients with breast cancer radiotherapy after surgery is relatedto the operative types,annual household income,health insurance types and pathologic types.
