摘要
矿井通风系统的优劣,直接影响矿山的安全生产和经济效益,而采空区漏风直接降低了矿井的有效风量率,严重干扰通风系统的高效运行。针对海沟金矿采空区漏风实际,采用过风断面风量分段标定技术对采空区漏风情况进行调查分析,开展了采空区漏风模式研究,提出了喷浆+锚杆支护、多刚性风筒并联通风以及负压通风等漏风治理方法。实施效果表明,漏风治理方法合理有效,提高了通风系统的稳定性,保证了矿山的安全生产。
Quality of mine ventilation system directly affects the safety of mining production and economic benefits,and goaf air leakage directly reduces effective air volume rate and interferes with efficient operation of the ventilation system. According to goaf air leakage of Haigou Gold Mine,goaf air leakage conditions are investigated and analyzed using the technique that marks the air volume in subsections of the air passage section. The goaf air leakage mode is studied and the treatment using sprayed concrete and bolt support,parallel multiple stiffness air pipe ventilation and negative pressure ventilation is proposed. The application outcome shows that the goaf air leakage treatment is reasonable and effective; the stability of the ventilation system is improved; and safe production of mines is ensured.
