摘要
三山岛金矿直属矿区局部矿体较为破碎,为安全有效回采矿体,采用ANSYS有限元模拟软件,对不同结构参数采场的稳定性进行计算分析。通过分析不同参数采场顶板的垂直位移量和竖向应力,结合容许极限位移量判据评判各参数采场稳定性。结果表明,采场的最优参数为:采场宽3.5 m,高2.5 m,该结构参数可确保采场安全高效回采,并得到工程应用验证。
The orebodies in the mining district directly subordinate to Sanshandao Gold Mine is fractured in local areas. In order to safely and effectively extract orebodies,ANSYS finite element analysis is used to calculate and analyze the stability under different stope structure parameters. Based on the analysis of vertical displacement and stress of the stope roof under different parameters,the paper evaluates the stope stability under each parameter according to the maximum tolerant displacement. The results show that the optimal parameters in the stope are 3. 5 m in width and2. 5 m in height. The structure can guarantee safe and efficient extraction,which is verified by engineering application.
