加速腐蚀试验在锚杆耐久性研究中的应用进展 被引量:3

摘要 随着岩土工程中预应力锚固结构腐蚀损伤造成的工程灾害日益凸显,岩土锚固结构的耐久性问题开始受到广泛关注。室内加速腐蚀试验作为研究材料腐蚀损伤机理及耐蚀性能的一种有效的加速试验方法,目前在岩土锚固结构耐久性研究中的应用尚处于起步阶段。对盐雾试验、浸泡腐蚀试验、电化学腐蚀试验3种室内加速腐蚀试验进行了系统的综述,并对加速腐蚀试验在预应力锚固结构耐久性研究中的应用进行了总结与展望。指出复杂岩土环境下预应力锚固结构耐久性研究中有待开展的加速腐蚀试验有如下几个方面:(1)考虑渗流作用的岩土锚固结构加速腐蚀试验;(2)考虑供氧水平的岩土锚固结构加速腐蚀试验;(3)预应力锚固结构的电解加速腐蚀试验与电偶加速腐蚀试验。 As engineering disasters caused by corrosion damage of prestressed anchorage structure become increasingly promi-nent in geotechnical engineering, durability of prestressed anchorage structure begins to receive widespread attention. Application of accelerated corrosion test in durability study of prestressed anchorage structure is still in its infancy currently, which is an ef-fective method to study corrosion damage mechanism and corrosion resistance of material. A systematic review of three kinds of indoor accelerated corrosion test (salt spray test, immersion corrosion test and electrochemical corrosion test) is conducted, and the application of accelerated corrosion test in durability study of prestressed anchorage structural is summarized and prospected. Based on the overview above, it is pointed out that future accelerated corrosion test in the durability research of prestressed anchor structure under complex geotechnical environment should be carried out in the following aspects: ( 1) anchorage structure acceler-ated corrosion test under different seepage condition ; ( 2 ) geotechnical anchorage structure accelerated corrosion test considering different oxygen supply levels ; ( 3) electrolytic corrosion test and galvanic corrosion test of prestressed anchorage structure.
