摘要
北方邦在印度政治领域中处于非常重要的地位,该邦议会选举备受瞩目。印度人民党在2017年北方邦议会选举中以绝对优势胜出,这不仅源于它组建了以总理莫迪为中心的强大竞选团体,提出了公平发展等有力竞选口号,吸引了绝对多数选民,甚至赢得少数群体穆斯林的支持,而且得利于反对阵营出现严重分歧。但是,北方邦议会中穆斯林代表性不足,印度教特性激进人物阿迪提亚纳特就任首席部长,印度人民党北方邦政府将在满足多数人利益诉求和实现无歧视的包容性发展上面临执政挑战。
BJP'slandslide success in UP Assembly Election 2017 is a result of strong campaign organizaton and a suitable campaign slogan focused on fair development,in addition to severe differences within its rivals. However, the much under-representation of Muslims in UP Legislative Assembly and nomination of Yogi Adityanath,a radical Hindutva proponent, as CM in UP, will increase the difficulties for the new UP government to meet the dual task of meeting interest of the majority and ensuring a non-discriminatory and inclusive development.
