我国高校创新创业教育工作机制的调查研究——以京津地区高校为例

Research on the Mechanism of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Chinese Colleges and Universities——Taking the Universities in Beijing and Tianjin Area as an Example

通过对京津地区高等学校的系统调研,了解我国高等院校创新创业教育的工作机制,从而更好地贯彻教育部和国家中长期发展纲要对高等学校创新创业教育的要求,为高校工作机制的设计提供参考。首先对京津地区典型高校的创新创业教育的机制,从校长领导和负责制、部门纵向主管和横向协同、创新创业平台等方面进行概括性描述。其次利用调研问卷进行数据分析,从创新创业类课程的成效、开展方式、学分设置、教育体系设置、校企合作等方面,解构高校创新创业工作机制。再次,对创业资源重要度进行因子分析。最后,对各院校创新创业教育课工作机制的完善提出建议。

Through the systematic study of the higher school of Beijing and Tianjin, this paper tried to understand the working mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities of our country, to implement the requirements of higher education innovation and entrepreneurship education in the long-term development of the Ministry of Education and the State, and to supply auxiliary to the design of colleges entrepreneurship education mechanism. First of all, this paper gives a general description of the mechanism of the innovation and entrepreneurship education of the typical universities in Beijing and Tianjin, from the aspects of the principal leadership and responsibility system, the department of vertical and horizontal cooperation, innovation and entrepreneurship platform. Secondly, by using the questionnaire to analyze the data, from the aspects of the effectiveness, the way of development, the credit system, the education system, the school enterprise cooperation and so on, this paper deconstructs the innovation and entrepreneurship mechanism. Then the factor analysis of the importance of entrepreneurial resources is used. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of the working mechanism of innovation and entrepreneixrship education in colleges and universities.
