摘要
在教育评价理论与人才评价理论的支撑下,采用层次分析法与线性加权综合法相结合的测评方法,遵循可测行、简明性、独立性与发展性的基本原则,设计出由核心素质、思想道德素质、拓展素质和能力素质四个大类标准构成的理工院校大学生综合考评体系,以更好地促进理工科院校大学生实现自我发展和综合素质的全面提升。
With the theory of education evaluation and talent evaluation, analytic hierarchy process (ahp) and the linear weighted comprehensive method of evaluation, the comprehensive assessment system for college students, which consists of core quality, ideological and moral quality, expanding quality and ability, is designed by following the measurable lines, conciseness, independence and development of the basic principles, in order to better promote the science and engineering university students to realize self development and improve the comprehensive quality.
