不同喷油器对柴油机性能影响的试验研究

Experimental Studies of the Performance of Locmotive Diesel Engine with Different Type of Nozzle

燃油喷射系统在柴油机中具有重要的地位 ,其好坏直接影响着柴油机的性能 ,喷油器是其中的一个关键部件。为了更有效的提高喷油器的寿命和降低柴油机的油耗和排温 ,我们设计了JG1和JG2 两种不同规格的喷油器 ,并分别在单缸机和多缸机上进行了试验研究 ,试验将两种新型喷油器与原喷油器在相同的工况下进行对比试验 ,并对试验结果进行了分析 ,得出了表征柴油机性能的参数 ,JG1喷油器具有较好的经济性。

The performance of diesel engine directly depend on the fuel injection system and it plays an important role in diesel engine. The nozzle is one of the key parts.To improve the life of the nozzles and reduce the fuel consumption and the exhausted gas temperature,the JG\-1 and JG\-2 type of nozzies are designed and tested in single and multi-cylinder diesel engine.This two nozzles are tested at the same condition compared with the old one the results are analyzed and the JG\-1 nozzle is the better.
