党的意识形态话语体系社会影响力就是党的主流意识形态及其指导生成的党的相关理论,通过党员干部的政治话语、理论研究者的学术话语等话语形式,在一定的传播手段下影响群众心理和行为的能力,其本质是话语权问题。不断提高党的意识形态话语体系社会影响力有助于巩固马克思主义在意识形态领域的话语领导权,扩大党的执政合法性资源,提高国家治理体系和治理能力现代化水平,增强我国文化软实力。目前,党的意识形态话语体系社会影响力面临话语内容理论性与普及性之间"貌合神离"、话语表达形式与内容之间"词不达意"、话语体系传统与创新之间"势不两立"、说话者言与行之间"言行不一"等现实困境。以提高话语的艺术性为切入点、以推动话语体系转换为支撑点、以锤炼说话者综合素质为关键点、以满足群众利益期待为落脚点,是当前提高党的意识形态话语体系社会影响力的逻辑进路。

Under the guidance of mainstream ideology and theories of the Party, it embodies different forms of discourse such as Party officials’ political speech and academic items. It can influence one’s mental state and social behaviors by certain means of communication. The social impact of the discourse of the Party’s ideology helps to consolidate Marxism as the guiding ideology, enhancing law-based governing capabilities of the Party. The modernization of national governance system and cultural soft power of China also relies on the discourse of the Party’s ideology. At present, there have been dilemmas in the discourse of the Party’s ideology, such as the gap between theory and its application, the barrier between expression form and content meaning, the conflict between traditional discourse form and the modification, the great difference between one’s words and intention. Seeking a breakthrough in the discourse power of the Party’s ideology, we should cultivate the art of articulate and promote the innovation of discourse system. The improvement of speakers ’ overall quality and the interests of the great majority also play a critical part to enhance the influence of discourse system of the Party.
