摘要
通过对载荷谱的浓缩和模拟迭代,实现了AMT电控装置的可靠性加速试验.首先在襄樊试验场采集了载荷谱,并对载荷谱进行了编辑处理,接着通过对无效幅值的舍去和对浓缩信号的损伤计算,发现载荷谱在保留相当损伤的情况下可以实现可靠性加速试验.最后利用道路模拟试验机对浓缩后的载荷谱进行了迭代试验,进而对AMT的电控装置进行了可靠性加速试验.结果表明,利用浓缩后的载荷谱进行可靠性试验,不仅加速了试验过程,还能对AMT电控装置的可靠性进行准确评价.
In a study reported in this paper,the reliability accelerated test of the AMT(automated mechanical transmission)electric control device was realized by the concentration of load spectrum and simulation iteration.First,the load spectrum was collected in Xiangfan Test Field,and edited and processed.Then,through the amplitude truncation and concentration signal damage calculation,we found that reliability accelerated testing could be achieved by reserving equivalent damage.Finally,the concentrated load spectrum was simulated and iterated in a road simulation test and an accelerated reliability test was conducted on electric control device of AMT.The above results show that the reliability test with the edited load spectrum can accurately assess the reliability of control device of AMT within a greatly shortened time period.
