浅谈如何提高标准建设水平——以湖北省2012—2015年数据为例

An Elementary Analysis in Improving the Level of Standard Construction:Taking the Data of 2012-2015 in Hubei Province as an Example

标准是构成国家核心竞争力的基本要素,是规范经济和社会发展的重要技术制度。小到一家企业、一所高校,大到一个省份、一个国家,要在激烈的市场竞争、学术竞争、区域竞争、国际竞争中立于不败之地,就必须重视国家标准对科技水平提高、国民经济发展与社会进步的重要作用。文章以湖北省为例,介绍了2012—2015年间主持制/修订的国家标准情况,发现其中存在的问题和不足,并提出了切实可行的对策及建议。

Standard is one of the basic elements of a country＇s core competitiveness, and it is also an important technical system to economic criterion and social development. To an enterprise, a university, or a province, a country, who wants to keep in an invincible position in the fierce market competition, academic competition, regional competition, international competition, it must pay more attention to the important function of national standard in improving the level of science and technology, national economic development, social progress. Taking Hubei Province as an example, this paper introduces the enaction and revision of national standard from 2012 to 2015, finds out the existing problems and shortcomings, and then puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions.
