摘要
针对我国高校财会人员现阶段绩效考评的主要问题,确定了绩效的真实含义,建立了高校财会人员的绩效考评指标体系并提出了绩效考核实施中注意的若干问题,从而为我国高校财会人员绩效考评提供理论支撑。
In view of the main problems of the current performance evaluation of the accounting staff in our country at present, the true meaning of the performance is determined, the performance evaluation index system of the accounting personnel in colleges and universities is established and some problems in the implementation of the performance appraisal are put forward. Personnel performance evaluation provides theoretical support.
