探析环境影响评价在规避邻避效应中的作用与问题

随着城镇化的快速推进及社会经济的飞速发展,人们的生活质量达到极大改善,各式各样的生活设施开始出现在人们的生活环境中,出现的邻避效应也越来越严重,给人们的生活带来一些不便,如噪声污染等。随着人们维权意识的提高,各城市的邻避运动也层出不穷,严重影响着城市的健康发展。故我们亟须进行相关措施规避邻避效应。本文主要介绍了环境影响评价在规避邻避效应中的作用及存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决措施处理这些问题。

With the rapid development of the rapid advance of urbanization and social economy, people5s quality of life to achieve great improvement, every kind of living facilities began to appear in the living environment, the NIMBY effect is more and more serious, to people5s life to bring some inconvenience, such as noise pollution etc.. Therefore, we need to take relevant measures to avoid the “near avoidance” effect. This paper mainly introduces the function and existing problems of environmental impact assessment in avoiding the effect of “proximity avoidance”, and puts forward corresponding solutions to deal with these problems.
