摘要
目的:验证酶底物法可用于生活饮用水中菌落总数的测定。方法:通过6位检测人员对生活饮用水30组水样用酶底物法和平皿计数法来做比对。结论:酶底物法与平皿计数法检测数据存在相关性,且相关程度很高,具有一致性和稳定性。结果:酶底物法可应用于生活饮用水中菌落总数的测定。
Objective: To verify that the enzyme substrate method can be used to determine the total number of colonies in drinking water. Methods: A total of 30 samples of drinking water were tested by enzyme substrate method and plate counting method. Conclusion: There is a correlation between the enzyme substrate method and the plate count method, and the correlation degree is very high, and it is consistent and stable. Results: Enzyme substrate method can be applied to the determination of the total number of colonies in drinking water.
