摘要
针对超高压输电线路近区环境敏感目标电磁环境监测值超过国家标准限值的问题,以往通常采取环保拆迁的方法解决,但此方法在执行层面产生的矛盾日益突出。近年来,工程解决方案采用了屏蔽线的方法来抑制线路近区电磁环境,降低其监测值以符合国家标准。本文通过对使用和不使用屏蔽线条件下的500kV交流输电线路近区电磁环境进行了监测及对比分析,结果表明屏蔽线显著抑制了线路近区的工频电场,下降幅度达到70%以上,能使电磁环境监测值满足国家标准限值要求。本文同时讨论了采用屏蔽线的方法在实际应用中面临的问题。
The environmental protection demolition has been used to solve the problem that the Near-area Electromagnetic environment detection value of the enviroment-sensitive target exceeds the controlling limits for electromagnetic environment of EHV Transmission Line in the past, but the contradiction caused by this method is becoming more and more prominent.In recent years, the shielding Wire has been taken to suppress the electromagnetic environment and reduce its detection values to meet the standards. The Near-area electromagnetic environment of 500kV AC transmission lines with and without Shielding Wire were analyzed by monitoring and comparison in this paper. The results show that the power frequency electric field is significantly suppressed by shielding Wire. A decline of 70% or more is achieved which can make the electromagnetic environment detection value meet the standards. This paper also discusses the problems of Shielding Wire in practical application.
