锦州市声环境质量标准适用区域中期规划方案的研究

按市政协十三届三次会议第25号提案,以适应《声环境质量标准》(GB3095-2008)要求,首次引入Arcgis地理信息系统对城市环境噪声区划进行精细化管理;区划单元以城市中长期发展规划为依据,市内建成区一、二类区域(适宜居住区域)规划有效面积首次达到70%以上,人居环境有了基本法制保障。
