水环境修复措施疏浚项目质量控制研究

Study on quality control of dredging project of water environment restoration

河道疏浚作为水环境修复的核心措施,历来是黑臭河道综合治理的必选措施。本文通过对水环境专项资金投资效率低的问题展开研究,发现河道疏浚工程中发生的问题,经全过程分析,研究严重影响疏浚质量的原因,以及管理未闭合的环节,研究讨论关键环节控制的节点和要素,实现疏浚项目施工质量控制,提高水环境治理专项资金投资效率。

As the core of water environmental remediation, river dredging measures has always been the the first choice measures for the comprehensive treatment of black odor river. This paper studies the problem of low investment efficiency of water environment special fund, and finds out the problems in the river dredging project, research the seriously influence on the quality of dredging and management, research the unclosed link of the project management, then discussed the nodes and key control elements, realize the construction quality control of dredging project, improve the efficiency of investment funds.
