摘要
金属制品应用领域广泛,建筑、交通及工业生产等领域都需要大量金属制品,金属制品所需钢材大部分都需要经过酸洗工序预处理,利用酸清除钢材表面氧化铁,清洁钢材表面,提高钢材表面质量。这种表面处理工序因成本低,工序简单,成为最为普遍的生产工序。可是,这种处理工序如得不得妥善后续处理可能会污染环境,同时废液中还存在大量可用资源,不回收利用会影响企业经济效益。因此,在环保意识日趋提高及经济效益考虑的要求下,多数钢材深加工企业都在优化或者完善酸洗废水处理工艺,本人根据本企业工序优化经历探讨常见钢材酸洗废水处理工序。
